(a) Discuss vividly the four classes of INCOTERMS that are used to source materials as clearly port laid by the international chambers of commerce clearly highlighting the responsibilities of buyer and seller. [13Marks]

(b) Discuss the various procurement and disposal procedures/methods that organization use when procuring goods and services under the public procurement and disposal act 2005 (PPDA). [14 Marks]

(c) Enumerate any three objectives of public procurement. [3 Marks]

(a) What bodies regulate public procurement and disposal in Kenya and what are their respective duties. [12 Marks]

(b) Discus the reasons, benefits and difficulties involved when sourcing from international sources when procuring for an organization. [8 Marks]

(a) Identify and discuss any four challenges in public procurement and their recommendations. [4 Marks]

(b) In selecting a supplier, certain variables like quality comes into play. Critically discuss at least eight dimensions of quality. [16 Marks]
